10/14/23
Tournament will be cancelled. Below
is a picture of the fields as of 4pm
Saturday and more rain is expected until
late tonight. We do not think we can
get six playable fields by 8am tomorrow
and we do not have enough time to push
the games to a later start. More information
will be sent to the coaches via email.
10/13/23
Due to the strong chances of rain forecasted
for Saturday and after getting weather
advice from trusted and professional
sources of forecasting, we will CANCEL
SATURDAY. We will wait out decision
on Sunday just in case the forecast
makes a surprising turn tomorrow.
So,
the plan as of now is to have a one-day
tournament on Sunday. Each team will
play two pool games and the top two
seeds in the division will play in a
championship.
While
not ideal and there is still a very
strong chance Sunday is canceled due
to unplayable field conditions, we still
want to offer opportunities to play
and raise money for a great cause!
We
will reevaluate on Saturday and make
a decision prior to Sunday.
